Research Center (CRC)
Corporate Resource
Center takes the responsibility of organizing On-Campus interviews for student
placements by coordinating with top companies across all industries. They also
organize corporate guest lectures to enlighten the students more about the
emerging & latest technologies & expectations of industry from
academia.
They have
organized more than 200 company visits in 2018-19 and have generated 400+ job
offers for ITS’s students. They bring companies such as Reliance Industries
Ltd, TCS, Cognizant, Gold Plus, ASAHI India, Capgemini, NTT Data, NIIT
Technologies, Tommy Hilfiger, Zycus, Extramarks & many more.
The main
objective of CRC is to enhance technical and soft skills among students and
groom them apart from academic exposure. Also during the pandemic, CRC
organized a series of LIVE webinars to develop virtual interviewing skills
among students.
Personality
Development Program (PDP)
Personality
Development Program (PDP) provides personality development training to the
students to enhance their employability & to develop their enthusiasm,
smartness and professionalism. Under the PDP there are dedicated teams that
have experience in training thousands of students over several years.
The main
objectives of the PDP are enhancing communication skills, enhancing

management skills, bringing out leadership qualities, developing a positive
outlook, public speaking and presentation skills, behavioural skills and
etiquettes, develop stress-management abilities and inculcate right attitudes,
values, beliefs & ethics.
The outcomes
of the Personality Development Program are indispensable. It has brought high
self-esteem among students, excellent communication skills, and highly
confident students in Interviews & Discussions, well-groomed personality,
ability to work in teams as an effective contributor and many more.
Apart from
these, PDP teams use both national levels tests, as well as, dynamic web tools
to evaluate the aptitude skills of our students and thus, accordingly, plan a
more result-oriented course plan for them. Some of the tests include AMCAT,
Co-Cubes: Pre-assess, F-NAT: Firstnaukri.com, TestMoz.
And apart
from these, ITS Engineering College has a Students
Placement Committee with representation across all streams & branches.
The Students Placement Committee (Student Placecom) has a holistic approach for
